SHIPPING POLICY
1.Shipping Destinations
· Free Shipping Regions
United States, Singapore, Bahrain, Philippines, Australia, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia.
· Split Shipping Fee Regions
(We cover most of the shipping cost — you only pay a small part. Customers in the following regions only need to pay $10–$20 for shipping. Free shipping on orders over $159 USD.)
France, Spain, Belgium, Estonia, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Kuwait, Qatar, Hungary, UK, Austria, Tunisia, Canada, Poland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden.
Restrictions:
- Unavailable Regions: Orders cannot be shipped to unsupported countries.
- Address Restrictions: We do not deliver to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
Shipping Origin:
Orders are shipped from either China or the United States, depending on product stock availability.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard Shipping (Free for eligible regions): $0–20 USD.
- Express Shipping (Additional fee): $20–24 USD.
3. Processing & Delivery Estimates
-Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1~3 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking numbers will be provided within 7 business days.
-Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: 8–14 business days.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days.
-Delays: Delivery may be impacted by geographic location, extreme weather, customs clearance, or local holidays.
4. Duties and lmport Taxes
Due to differing customs policies, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival, which are not included in our product prices and are your responsibility. We cannot control these charges but will endeavor to declare a lower value for customs. If you have any questions about the declared value, please email us at support@theclustrs.com.
5. Shipment Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number—please allow up to 48 hours for the information to appear.
To view your shipment’s status, go to https://theclustrs.com/community/track-my-order and enter your tracking number.
6. Custom Orders
- Production Time: Custom orders require 5~7 business days for production.
- Shipping: All custom orders qualify for free shipping.If your order includes both custom and non-custom items, all products will ship together once customization is complete.
- No Returns: Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Warranty & Service: Customized items are backed by a 3-year warranty from purchase date. If your pad incurs damage under normal use (e.g., PU anti-slip base detachment) that renders it unusable, we will provide a free replacement (design cannot be altered).
- Requirements: Retain purchase records (order number/email) for verification.
7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping fee.
If your shipment is missing items or you receive the wrong products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can investigate with the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests made after 14 days.
If your order arrives damaged, email us right away at support@theclustrs.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We review each case individually and will do our best to find a satisfactory resolution.
*Do NOT ship returns to the provided address without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
8. Shipping Address
- Accuracy: Provide a complete address (street number, building, room, and valid ZIP code).
- Errors: CLUSTRS is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.
- Updates: Email support@theclustrs.com immediately after placing your order for address changes.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Clustrs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the provided shipping address. Clustrs is also not responsible for incorrect deliveries or lost packages due to errors in shipping information provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before completing your purchase. For any changes after placing the order, contact us (support@theclustrs.com) as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to update the shipping address.
We do not offer refunds on shipping costs for shipments returned to us due to address errors, and such shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
10. Carrier Delays
Delays caused by carriers (e.g., weather, customs) are beyond our control. No compensation will be provided.
11. Returns
- Do NOT ship returns to the provided address without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
