Players often switch to glass for lower initial resistance, a smoother glide, easier maintenance, and more consistent surface feedback.

Unlike fabric, glass does not develop the same worn or uneven areas over time. This helps mouse movement feel more repeatable during tracking, flick shots, and micro-adjustments.

CLUSTRS is built as a speed-leaning balanced glass mousepad, not an uncontrolled ice-like speed surface.

Its feel comes from a full surface system:

First, the AF coating helps resist fingerprints, sweat marks, skin oils, and dust buildup, making the surface easier to keep clean during daily use.

Second, our CLST 1.0 micro-etched surface creates an orderly micro-texture on the glass. This gives the mouse a smooth and fast start, a consistent glide, and enough stopping feedback for precise tracking, flicks, and micro-adjustments.

Third, we use high-transparency glass to enhance the clarity, depth, and visual quality of the artwork. After strengthening, the glass is made for stable everyday use and better impact resistance under normal desktop conditions.

Finally, a full-coverage anti-shatter film is applied underneath the glass. If the pad is damaged by a serious impact, the film helps hold fragments together and reduces the risk of scattered glass.

The result is a glass mousepad that feels fast, clean, controlled, and built for more than just speed.

CLST 1.0 is CLUSTRS’ micro-etched glass surface, designed to deliver a speed-leaning balanced feel.

Through a refined micro-etching process, we construct precisely ordered microstructures directly on the glass surface. This physical architecture enables a natural, linear transition between initial movement, glide, and stopping.

Compared with most cloth pads, it offers lower initial resistance and a smoother glide, while maintaining tactile feedback for tracking, micro-adjustments, and controlled stops.

No. All current CLUSTRS glass mousepads use the same CLST 1.0 micro-etched surface, so their core speed and control profiles are closely matched. The main differences are size, total thickness, edge design, strengthening method, artwork, limited-edition status, and included accessories.

If you’re new to glass mouse pads, we recommend starting with a smaller size — super easy to get used to and perfect for first-time users.

It provides anti-fingerprint and oil resistance, ensuring a clean surface with smooth and precise mouse movements.

XS, 260 × 210mm: Best for compact desks, laptops, cafés, libraries, travel, and portable work or study setups. Its smaller footprint is easy to carry and works well for users with a limited mouse movement range.

S, 400 × 300mm: A versatile size for dorm rooms, home offices, everyday work, study, and general gaming. It provides more movement space while fitting comfortably on most desks, making it a strong choice for medium-to-high sensitivity users.

L, 500 × 400mm: Designed for full-size gaming setups and players who need more room to move. It is recommended for low-sensitivity FPS gaming, sustained tracking, wide flicks, and full-arm movement.

Before ordering, consider where you will use the pad, how much desk space you have, and the area your mouse normally moves across.

The 2.5mm version uses a 45° chamfered 2.5D CNC edge, resulting in a lower edge height and a smoother, more gradual transition when your wrist or arm moves across it. This can feel more subtle and less noticeable during extended use.

The 3.5mm version uses a 3D CNC edge, creating a more rounded and pronounced edge profile. The transition at the edge is more noticeable, but the added thickness also contributes to a more solid, grounded feel on the desk.

Thickness mainly changes the physical feel, edge profile, and weight of the pad. The main speed and stopping characteristics come from the CLST 1.0 surface.

CLUSTRS glass mouse pads are optimized for high-performance optical sensors. Due to the nature of glass surfaces, some mice may require a slightly higher lift-off distance (LOD). You can easily adjust this setting in your mouse software to ensure smooth, accurate tracking.

CLUSTRS glass mousepads are designed with durability and safety in mind. The 3.5mm versions are formed through high-temperature forging, while the 2.5mm versions use a specialized steel-strengthening process. Both methods enhance the structural strength of the glass, making it more resistant to everyday use and improving overall safety.

Unlike cloth mousepads, CLUSTRS glass pads do not suffer from common issues such as edge fraying, discoloration, or slow spots caused by wear. They are also engineered to reduce risks often associated with some glass pads, such as being overly fragile or prone to scratching.

As with any glass product, basic care is still recommended. Avoid dropping the pad, striking its edges, bending it, placing it on uneven surfaces, or applying concentrated pressure to a single point.

Use clean water and a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust, fingerprints, and light stains. Wipe gently and dry the surface completely before use.

Avoid abrasive sponges, sharp tools, powdered cleaners, and aggressive chemicals. We do not recommend using alcohol as part of regular surface cleaning, as repeated use may accelerate wear of the AF coating.

Our team will review your image within 24 hours. If the file isn’t clear enough, we’ll help enhance it for the best print quality.

Your custom pad will be made within 3–5 business days. As soon as it’s ready, we’ll email you the real product photos and a short video for confirmation.

All updates will be sent to the email you provided at checkout, so please keep an eye on your inbox.

The custom glass mouse pad is covered by a 3-year warranty for all sizes. During the warranty period, if the mouse pad experiences non-human-induced issues such as cracking or detachment of the anti-slip PU pad, we will provide a free replacement with no conditions.

Keep a screenshot of your product order. Within the valid warranty period, contact our customer service team at support@theclustrs.com to initiate a replacement request. We guarantee a replacement-only policy, with no repairs offered.

1. Artwork Preview & Safe Area

• Preview Window: Any design elements placed outside the visible preview window will be trimmed. Please keep all critical graphics, text, and logos entirely within the preview boundary.
• Rounded Corners: Our pads feature fixed-radius corners—26×21cm and 40 ×30cm sizes use a 10mm radius; the 50×45cm size uses a 25mm radius. These cannot be altered.

2. Image Resolution Requirement

• All artwork must be created at 300dpi or higher. Designs supplied at a lower resolution may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.

3. Intellectual Property & Indemnification

• By submitting artwork, you confirm that your design does not infringe any third‑party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• You assume full legal responsibility for any claims arising from your design. Our company disclaims all liability for copyright or trademark disputes.
• Please ensure you have obtained all necessary permissions or licenses before uploading.

4. Production Disclaimer

• We cannot be held responsible for printing errors resulting from non‑compliance with these guidelines. Designs that fail to meet specifications may be subject to additional fees or reprint charges.

Payment for this pre‑order item will be collected at checkout. We’ll ship as soon as assembly is finished—typically within three to five business days, though high order volumes may affect timing.

2. Preview Image Disclaimer

Image appearance may vary due to display differences. The final product may differ slightly from the on-screen image, but our team will send a photo of the completed product for your confirmation before shipping.

3. No Cancellations After Order Completion

Once your order is finalized, it cannot be canceled. Please verify all details before completing your purchase.

4. Estimated Shipping Date

Actual shipment may occur after the estimated ship date. If production delays arise, we will notify you promptly.

5. Design Ownership & Indemnification

I certify that the submitted design is either my original work or used with full permission from the rights holder. I further confirm it does not infringe any third‑party rights and accept full responsibility for any claims or disputes.

Choose based on what you want to improve.  PTFE mouse skates help refine glide and maintain smooth mouse movement. An arm sleeve can reduce skin drag during sweaty or humid conditions, while a protective case helps protect your glass mousepad during storage and travel.  Not every accessory is required. The right choice depends on your mouse, movement style, and where you use your setup.

Arctic White Dot Skates use a smaller contact area and generally provide a lighter, faster glide.  White Orbit Donut Skates provide a wider support area and a slightly more stable, controlled feel.  Mouse weight, skate placement, and the number of skates installed will also affect the final glide.

There is no fixed replacement schedule, as wear depends on playtime, mouse weight, movement pressure, and surface cleanliness.  Replace your skates if the glide begins to feel rough, scratching sounds appear, the skates become noticeably thin, or the mouse shell starts touching the glass surface.

Not always.  An arm sleeve is helpful if you sweat easily, play in humid conditions, use low sensitivity with wide arm movements, or experience skin drag across the glass. Players who mainly use wrist movement in a dry environment may not need one.

Choose a size that fits closely without restricting movement or creating excessive pressure.  The sleeve should remain in place during wide arm movements while allowing comfortable wrist and elbow motion. Refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.

A protective case is not required for a pad that stays permanently on the same desk.  It is recommended if you regularly store, carry, or travel with your glass mousepad. The case helps protect the surface and edges from contact with laptops, chargers, and other hard objects.

Include your order number, clear photos or videos of the product, outer box, shipping label, and protective packaging. Keep all packaging until the case has been reviewed.

Verified product defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items will be handled according to our current replacement and refund policy.
