What is the 3-year warranty for Clustrs custom mouse pads?
- If you notice any issues with the glass mouse pad upon receipt, such as glass damage or pattern defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement (pattern changes are not available).
- For issues arising during normal use, such as glass cracks from impacts or detached PU pads, we offer one free replacement within 3 years from the date of receipt (custom patterns cannot be changed).
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 15 days for items in their original condition. For more details, refer to our Return Policy.
