About Custom Glass Mousepad
How do I customize my glass mouse pad?
It’s simple. On our Custom Pad page, upload your image and preview the layout in real time. Once you’re happy with the design, you can add it to cart and place your order.
Our team will review your image within 24 hours. If the file isn’t clear enough, we’ll help enhance it for the best print quality.
Your custom pad will be made within 3–5 business days. As soon as it’s ready, we’ll email you the real product photos and a short video for confirmation.
All updates will be sent to the email you provided at checkout, so please keep an eye on your inbox.
What is the warranty coverage for Clustrs custom glass mouse pads?
The custom glass mouse pad is covered by a 3-year warranty for all sizes. During the warranty period, if the mouse pad experiences non-human-induced issues such as cracking or detachment of the anti-slip PU pad, we will provide a free replacement with no conditions.
How to apply for warranty service?
Keep a screenshot of your product order. Within the valid warranty period, contact our customer service team at support@theclustrs.com to initiate a replacement request. We guarantee a replacement-only policy, with no repairs offered.
Design Guide
1.Artwork Preview & Safe Area
- Preview Window: Any design elements placed outside the visible preview window will be trimmed. Please keep all critical graphics, text, and logos entirely within the preview boundary.
- Rounded Corners: Our pads feature fixed-radius corners—26×21cm and 40 ×30cm sizes use a 10mm radius; the 50×45cm size uses a 25mm radius. These cannot be altered.
2.Image Resolution Requirement
- All artwork must be created at 300dpi or higher. Designs supplied at a lower resolution may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.
3.Intellectual Property & Indemnification
- By submitting artwork, you confirm that your design does not infringe any third‑party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- You assume full legal responsibility for any claims arising from your design. Our company disclaims all liability for copyright or trademark disputes.
- Please ensure you have obtained all necessary permissions or licenses before upload.
4.Production Disclaimer
- We cannot be held responsible for printing errors resulting from non‑compliance with these guidelines. Designs that fail to meet specifications may be subject to additional fees or reprint charges.
Order & Shipping Terms
1.Expected Ship Date: Within 3–5 Business Days
Payment for this pre‑order item will be collected at checkout. We’ll ship as soon as assembly is finished—typically within three to five business days, though high order volumes may affect timing.
2.Preview Image Disclaimer
Image appearance may vary due to display differences. The final product may differ slightly from the on-screen image, but our team will send a photo of the completed product for your confirmation before shipping.
3.No Cancellations After Order Completion
Once your order is finalized, it cannot be canceled. Please verify all details before completing your purchase.
