Is Clustrs Rewards free to join?
Yes. Join for free and receive 100 welcome points, once per customer.
How do I earn points?
Earn 5 points for every US$1 spent on eligible products after discounts. You can also earn points through the activities shown above.
How do I use my points?
Sign in and redeem your points for a discount code: 500 points = US$5 off orders of US$50+, 1,000 points = US$10 off orders of US$100+, and 2,000 points = US$20 off orders of US$200+. Apply the code at checkout using the same account that redeemed it.
Can I earn points for a product review?
Earn 100 points for an eligible written review, 200 for a review with an original product photo, or 300 for a review with an original product video. Each review earns one reward based on its content type; rewards are not added together. Use your Clustrs Rewards email when submitting your honest review on our product page. A positive rating is not required.
Can I earn points for posting on social media?
Yes. Earn 300 points for an approved original photo post or 500 points for an approved original video featuring Clustrs. Use the “Submit your post” button in the “Your Clustrs, in real life.” section above to read the guidelines and send your post for review.
Can I combine a reward with other offers?
Points reward coupons can be combined with eligible order-level discounts when both offers allow it. They cannot be combined with product or shipping discounts. Referral coupons cannot be combined with other discounts. Minimum spend and checkout eligibility still apply.
How do referrals work?
Share your personal referral link with a friend who is new to Clustrs. They get US$5 off their first eligible order of US$50+. After their qualifying purchase, you receive a US$5 coupon for an eligible order of US$50+.
When do I receive birthday points?
Save your birthday at least 30 days in advance to receive 100 points on your birthday.
How are social submissions reviewed?
We review original content that clearly shows your Clustrs product in a real setup or in use. One approved reward per member per calendar month across all platforms, based on the submission date in Beijing time. Duplicate or repetitive content does not qualify. Brand tags and positive reviews are not required. Submit using your Clustrs Rewards account email; points are added manually after approval. Full rules are included in the submission form above.
